Bayou Dularge Red Gate Kayak Fishing Adventure

There are few things that I enjoy more than Fall Fishing. And now, with fronts starting to move through, we’re starting to enjoy the beginnings of it! Coming up on Sunday, October 26, Pack & Paddle will be hosting a kayak fishing trip to “The Red Gate” in Bayou Dularge. “The Red Gate” has been known to give access to some great redfishing and at this time of year, the trout should be present as well! I will be assisting John this trip and there are only 3 spots left, so sign up soon! Here is all the info from Pack & Paddle!

fishing_groupJoin John Williams for a kayak fishing adventure at the legendary “Red Gate”.  This area centers around Bayou DuLarge south of Houma, LA.  Well protected and perfect for marsh style kayak fishing this is a great trip to hook that big red that will give you the Cajun Sleigh Ride you’ve been waiting for. There’s no bigger thrill in Kayak fishing than having a big Redfish take your bait in shallow water.

The areas we will be fishing are known for Redfish and possibly some speckled trout during this time of year.

This is one of John’s favorite fishing spots, and he is excited to show you around this great fishery.redfish_vortex_shadDate: Sunday, October 26th
